Janet Marie Johnson, age 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 4, 2022.  She was a member of Faith Freedom Church and professed her love for Christ at a young age.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Margie Johnson; infant son, Timothy Allen Trent; brothers, R C Johnson & Dale Johnson; sister, Darlene Johnson

 

She is survived by;

Her loving husband & best friend of 50 years; Earl Johnson

Son; Ronnie Johnson

Granddaughters; Samantha (Brandon) Hileman & Paige (Ryan) Lawson

Great-grandsons; Braxton, Braydon & Bryson Hileman

Sisters; Alice (Jerry) Johnson & Sharon Cody

Brothers; Gwynn Johnson & Donnie (Betty) Johnson

Several nieces and nephews and other family

 

Funeral services will be held at 12 P.M. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at the McNeil Funeral Home Chapel

Rev. Alonzo Collins officiating

Special music will be provided by the Collins Trio

Interment will follow in the Barnard-Winkler Cemetery

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Hileman, Ryan Lawson, Jason Collins, Flip Mullins, Dustin Mullins & Calvin Mullins

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Sam Johnson & Cody Mullins

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Monday, August 8, 2022 at the McNeil Funeral Home
