She was born on April 11, 1951, in Sandyville, WV, the daughter of the late James Melvin Dragoo, and Evelyn May Campbell Dragoo. She was preceded in death by her father, her husband of 29 years, Charles L. Cleavenger, and her brother, Roger Dragoo. She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Dragoo; brother, Larry Ray (Lois) Dragoo of Portland, OH; two sisters, Frances Ellen (Luther) Shamblin of Sissonville, WV, and Barbara Jean Penwell, of Parkersburg, WV. Thank you to Housecalls Hospice and staff, friends, neighbors, and family members. Sharon wanted to say a special thank you to her dear friend, Sharon Dilliner. She has been a Godsend throughout this difficult time. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at 2:00 pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with Pastor Bud McVey officiating. Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery in Sandyville. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, March 28 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
