Margaret “Peggy” Collins
Margaret "Peggy" Collins, 91, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away on September 20, 2020, at her home. She was born on March 19, 1929, in Fairmont, WV, daughter of the late George Spevock, Sr. and Margaret Kish Spevock. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, "A True Lady". Family gatherings were important to her. She loved her flowers, gardening, walking with a friend, and she was an experienced seamstress. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Millard Ray Collins; children, Carol Liddle (Ron), and Linda Taylor; 2 grandsons, Chris and Jeremy, 1 granddaughter, Kendra; 1 great granddaughter, Sage; and half-brother, George. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister. A private funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with Reverend Jim Plyburn officiating. Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery.
