Joyce Jean Burgess Price

Joyce Jean Burgess Price, 85, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away on April 16, 2022, at Hubbard Hospice House West in South Charleston, WV. She was born on January 8, 1937, in Milton, WV, daughter of the late Fred Clarence and Gladys Morrison Burgess. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton G. "Kip" Price; and a grandson, Chad Price. She was a bank teller at Jackson County Bank in Ravenswood for 25 years. She lived in Ravenswood from 1960 to the present. She was a member of the Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Ravenswood for many years. She is survived by her sons, Clifton G. Price Jr., and Gregory K. Price. Friends may visit the family at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with service beginning at 3:00 pm with Reverend Patrice Weirick officiating. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 22,2022, at 1:00 pm at Blue Sulphur Cemetery in Ona, WV, with Reverend Patrice Weirick officiating.
