He was born on October 4, 1958, in Clarksburg, WV, son of Edward and JoAnn Harris Lasko. Eric was an active member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Ravenswood. He was a proud member of the USWA 5668 in Ravenswood. Eric loved music and enjoyed playing bass guitar. He loved spending time with his family and his many friends. He is survived by his parents, Edward and JoAnn Lasko of Ravenswood; 3 sisters, Phyllis Lyons (Rick), Sonja Foutty (David), and Lory Osborn (Brian); nephew, Todd; niece, Sarah; and a grandnephew, Preston. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at 10:00 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Ravenswood with Father Pen officiating. Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood on Friday, September 21, 2018, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm with a Rosary Service at 7:00 pm.
