Ray E. Howard, 86, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away June 28, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV. The family will receive friends at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 12:00pm-2:00pm. The funeral service will begin at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Ravenswood Cemetery will full graveside military rites provided by Jackson County Honor Guard.
