She was born on October 30, 1959, in Spencer, WV, daughter of William Arthur and Frances Elizabeth Coffman Mullins. She was baptized at the Second Baptist Church in Ravenswood when she was young. She was a 1977 graduate of Ravenswood High School where she was an honor student, and a 1980 graduate of Parkersburg Community College. She was employed as a secretary in the construction industry. She is survived by her parents, Bill and Frances Mullins; brother, William H. Mullins (Karen); niece, Ashely Mullins Minton (Zach); nephew, Ben Queen (Teresa); great nephew, Benjamin, and great nieces, Garyn and Isabella. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018, at 4:30 pm at Ravenswood Cemetery with Larry LaCorte officiating.
