Margaret A. McFadden of Magnolia, Delaware, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022. She was 83. She was born November 10, 1938, in Townsend, Delaware, to the late Myrtle Biddle Daniels. Mrs. McFadden worked over 20 years in the infant room at Love and Learn Daycare. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. McFadden, her daughter, Doris Ginn Schroeder, and brother, James Daniels. Mrs. McFadden is survived by her daughter, Beatrice Ginn Melvin (John) of Clayton, DE; her step-children, Bonnie Smith, MaryEllen Masten, and Brenda McFadden (John), of PA; her brothers, Lee Biddle (Franny) of Smyrna, DE, Robert Daniels (Brenda) of Smyrna, DE, and Richard Daniels (Theresa) of Clayton, DE; her sisters, Ethel Morris (Lewes) of Clayton, DE; Anna Hoebee (Dennis) of Dover, DE, Mary Say of Cheswold, DE, Barbara McLamb (Richard) of Smyrna, DE, and Jenny Daniels of Smyrna, DE; her granddaughter, Krystal Schroeder Battersby (Christopher) of Clayton,DE Kimberly Melvin Lockwood(Josh) of Felton, DE; William Masten (Crystal) and their 4 children of Clayton, De; JD Masten (Tiffany) and their 4 children of Clayton, De; Danny Masten of Clayton, De. and Phillip of PA; and great grandchildren, Shane, Cameron and Emmalyn Battersby, Colton, and Makayela Lockwood. Graveside services will be held 11:00am, Friday, August 5, 2022, at Templeville Cemetery, Templeville Road, Marydel, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
