Dorothy J. Klipp, 81 a long time Hastings-on-Hudson resident, recently of Dobbs Ferry died July, 1, 2013 after a short illness. Dorothy was one of fourteen children born in Yonkers to Joseph and Filomena Mozdziak. She was a secretary at Ciba Geigy in Ardsley. Dorothy was married to Philip S. Klipp who died in 2002. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, trips to Atlantic City, watching the Mets and was an avid tennis fan. Dorothy is survived by her loving children Nancy Kevin Hartnett, Linda Glenn Bazzano, Carol Thomas Halpin, Philip S. Klipp, Jr. Diane and was predeceased by her daughter Kathleen Pires. She is the devoted grandmother of Laura Tillisch, Timothy, Jill, Allison Hartnett, Michelle Groark, Sarah Nugent, David Bazzano, Craig, Kevin and Lindsay Halpin. Also surviving are her devoted sisters Florence Lanna, Frances Vergari, Sr. Roberta CR, Rose Chapeton, and 7 great grandchildren.
