Eva Jones

Eva Jones, 91 recently of Yonkers died on January 29, 2013. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Julia Hrycyk. Eva married her beloved Reginald H. on December 18, 1939 in Yonkers. They moved to Dobbs Ferry in 1968 and lived there for over 30 years. Eva had a passion for crocheting and even made leg warmers and quilts for children in the hospital. She was a caring and loving person and will be deeply missed. Eva is survived by her son Reginald Patricia Jones, daughter Sandra Charles Couch, grandsons Christopher and Corey Jones and sister Ann Hrycyk. She was predeceased by her husband Reginald in 1993, sisters Auga, Sophie and Mary and brothers Stanley and Andy. Funeral Service Saturday 9:30am Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, with Visiting Friday 4-8pm.
