Rosemary J. Edelman, 84 of Hastings on Hudson died peacefully on January 15 2013. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ivy. Rosemary was a Hastings resident for more than 52 years and had many friends. She was publicly known as the owner of Good Yarns Bookstore for more than 20 years. Rosemary and her husband Paul met while she was a student at Smith College in 1947, they married in 1951. She is survived by her husband, two sons Jeff and Peter Dora and two granddaughters Alita and Arielle. Donations to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 8th Avenue, 7th Floor, NY, NY 10001. Funeral Service 10:30am Thursday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home.
