Theresa Mary Ricciardi

Theresa Mary Ricciardi, 97, of Southampton, NJ, passed peacefully on Monday, October 29, 2012. Born in Yonkers, NY, daughter of Antonio and Josephine Ciamei. Theresa married Nicholas Ricciardi Sr. on March 10, 1935. She worked as a seamstress at a sports wear company in Yonkers. Theresa was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She also loved to watch cooking shows. Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her two sons Anthony Mary and Nicholas Jr. Christine Ricciardi, nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, sister Rose Rossi and many nieces and nephews. Theresa was predeceased by her husband Nicholas Sr. in November 1990. She was also predeceased by her daughter Theresa Richard Kruse, four sisters Josephine and Anna Viviano, Louise DePonto and Adeline Columbo and brother Anthony Ciamei. Funeral Service 10am Saturday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home with visiting from 9-10am. Donations can be made to The American Cancer Society.
