Rhoda S. Anker, 91, of White Plains passed away on April 18, 2016. Born and raised in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Max and Sylvia Samuels. In 1949, she married her beloved Leonard Anker in New York City. Rhoda was a bookkeeper for her husband's real estate management firm, Anker Management in Westchester, NY. She was the Past President of the Greenburgh Hebrew Center Sisterhood. Rhoda will be greatly missed. She is survived by her son Mark, daughter-in-law Donna, son Warren and grandchildren Stacy, Emily and Faith. Rhoda was predeceased by her husband Leonard on September 7, 2015.
