Stipicevic, Jeanne H. Jeanne H. Stipicevic of Irvington, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on August 10, with her husband, John by her side. She was the devoted mother of 6 children, adoring grandmother of 16 and proud great grandmother of 5. Jeanne is survived by John, her husband of 65 years, and her children Mary Fred, Jim Kay, Mike Silvia, Annie Scott and Peter Bridget. She was predeceased by her eldest son, John Jean. Jeanne was a kind and giving soul, whose love of family came before everything. As her children left the family home in Ossining, she found work first in a pediatrician's office, and later in other medical offices as an office assistant. Her failing health in the last years took its toll, but her faith kept her strong. Forever young at heart, her generous and warm nature will be missed by all who were privileged to know her. A Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 11am Saturday, August 15, Immaculate Conception Church, Irvington. Visiting on Friday, August 14, 2 - 4 pm and 7 - 9 pm, Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, Dobbs Ferry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jeanne's name can be made to Maryknoll Missionaries, Ossining NY, 10562 and the American Heart Association.
