WEINSTEIN, WILLIAM A. 87, of Hartsdale, NY passed away peacefully on June 14. Loving husband of the late Harriet Kolbert, devoted father of Robyn Cimbol William and Emily Davis Elliot, adored grandfather of Andrew and Michael Davis and Michelle and Lauren Cimbol. The last surviving of the four sons of Lillian and Hyman. Proud alum of DeWitt Clinton HS and CCNY, distinguished veteran of WWII and respected proprietor of Weinstein's Shoe Shop in the Bronx. Despite health challenges, he remained a true inspiration, a caring man of deep integrity and unfailing good humor. Funeral will take place at 11:30 am on Sunday, June 17 at Edwards and Dowdle in Dobbs Ferry. Donations in his memory may be made to Greenburgh Hebrew Center or to the synagogue of your choice.
