Francis J. "Frankie" Shannon, 59 formerly of Dobbs Ferry passed away on May 20, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Dobbs Ferry, he was the son of the late Francis and Mary Shannon. Frankie worked for the Village of Dobbs Ferry for over 35 years. He will be greatly missed by all. Frankie is survived by his sister Mary, sister-in-law Alison, nephews Shawn and Jay, nieces Courtney and Roxanne and 3 great nieces. He was predeceased by his sister Patricia and brother John. Funeral Service 10am Thursday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home with Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
