John J. Shannon, 52 of Ballston Spa, formerly of Dobbs Ferry passed away on March 24, 2012 surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with cancer. John is survived by his wife, Alison Majkowski-Shannon, his children; Shawn, John Jr, Courtney, Roxanne and his 3 granddaughters; Ameia, Hailey & Arieanna. Also survived by his loving mother, Mary Ellen Shannon, loving brother Frank and loving sister Mary. John was predeceased by his father, Francis and sister Patricia.
