Rocco Fanelli was born to Rocco and Blanche Fanelli on January 17, 1939 in Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY. He left us March 9, 2020 when he passed from earth to heaven in the Dobbs Ferry house that he shared with his wife of 58 years, Ellen and their four children Rocco, Kathleen (both deceased), Maryellen and John. He was 81. Rocco is survived by his wife Ellen; son Rocco's chilldren, Rocco Anthony, III and Juliellen Wilmot and her husband Jared, and Julie's children, Elizabeth and Liam Clark; daughter Maryellen Laino, her husband David and their children Timothy, Matthew and Shannon Stout and Vincent and Michelle Laino; his son John, wife Nannette and their children Jackson, Ryan and Grace; his sister Charlotte Haywood, brother George and five nieces and nephews and their children. Rocco was a successful businessman, founder and president of El-Roc of Brooklyn Inc. and was a New York City Licensed Master Plumber whose word was his bond. Most of all, Rocco was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who enjoyed nothing better than celebrating every special event in the lives of those he loved. Rocco's special gifts for singing, dancing and seeing that everyone around him had a great time will be sorely missed.
