Robert Sarafian

Robert Sarafian of the Bronx, died on March 11, 2010, he was 90, and a life long resident of the Bronx. Robert was a very proud WWII Army veteran and carried a miniture copy of his Honorable Discharge Papers, everywhere he went, his entire life. Robert was married to Florence Kondak Sarafian, who survives, and his two children; Steven Sarafian of Riverdale, NY; and his daughter Barbara Lockhart of Teaneck, NJ. He is also surived by two grandchildren. There will be a funeral 10AM Tuesday, March 16th, 2010 at the Holy Cross Armenian Church, 580 West 187th Street, New York, NY. There will be visiting on Monday, 7-9pm at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, Inc. 64 Ashford Ave. Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522. Members from his Lodge will be conducting a service at the funeral home at 7:30PM on Monday evening.

I am so sorry for the great loss. Bob has always been a wonderful and caring person to me and my family and I will greatly miss him. I will never forget how he used t o call me 'cookie' when I was a little girl. May he rest in peace.
