Carmen Connie Federico 83, a long time Dobbs Ferry resident died February 24, 2010. She married Frank Federico on October 15, 1948 in Mount Vernon. She graduated from the Philadelphia General Nursing School BA Program in 1947. Connie worked in Dobbs Ferry Hospital for 25 years as a supervisor. She was devoted to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church and was active with the Bible Study Class and as a church volunteer. She is survived by her son Michael Charlotte, daughter in law Stella, son in law Louis Fitzgerald, 11 grandchildren, sister Gloria Baxley , brother Charles Heatley and 3 step-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, sons Dennis and Robert, daughters Donna Fitzgerald and Carole Federico, sister Alma Olsen and grandson Frank C. Federico.
