Eugene Gene Quillen of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY passed away on February 16, 2010. Loving husband of Ann Larson Quillen, devoted father of Glen Quillen, daughter in law Jean, daughter Maureen Sullivan, son-in-law Robert, daughter Laureen DeBlasio, son-in-law Robert. Seven grandchildren Glen Robert and Matthew Quillen, Peter, Steven and Megan Sullivan and Niki and C.J. Raucci. He was predeceased by his parents Eugene and Mary Quillen and a sister Patricia Hughes. He lived in Rhode Island where he attended schools. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a boiler engineer and was owner of Glen Boiler service in Yonkers, NY for 40 years. He retired in 1994. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #2056 and a parishioner of St. Matthews R.C. Church in Hastings-on-Hudson NY. Mass of the Resurrection 10AM Monday February22, 2010 St. Matthew R.C. Church Visiting 2-4 pm and 7-9 PM Saturday and Sunday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.February 16, 201002/16/2010
