Shirley Kesner
Shirley Kesner, a long time Hastings-on-Hudson resident died July 8, 2007. Shirley was born in the Bronx and moved to Hastings when she was 13. She graduated from Hastings High School. She married William Molnoski and later married Bob Kesner. Shirley worked for the Village of Hastings as the Assistant Assessor of Taxes for 17 years. It was Shirley's smiling face that greeted everyone who entered the Village Offices. Prior to the village, Shirley worked at the John E. Andrus Home. She enjoyed reading and volunteered at the Hastings Public Library. Surviving are her sons Paul Anne Molnoski, William Molnoski, daughter Sheron Charles Medovich, grandchildren Charles and Anthony Medovich, Paul, Jerome, Brian, Michael and Barry Molnoski, 7 great grandchildren, her sister Elizabeth Burke and sister in law Olga Porucznick. Funeral Wednesday 10am Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Memorials to Hastings-on-Hudson Library or Volunteer Ambulance Corps.Obituary
