Juana Rosa Morejon Perez Obituary

Juana was born May 5, 1935, in Guayaquil, Ecuador; she was the youngest of 6 siblings. Juana came from very poor upbringing, and successfully became a business owner. Juana worked for many years in New York City as a seamstress, sewing high end dresses for glamorous stores in the Fashion District. She was a proud owner of "Casa Comercial Jenny", as successful well known furniture store in Ecuador. Juana was widow to Leonidas Sovenis, she is survived by her 6 children: Marta, Nieves, Jorge, Fatima, Mercy, and Sue-Lyng. Juana was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren; she split her time in Ecuador and New York to be surrounded by her loving family. Juana's vision on life in her words were "De la vida no quiero mucho. Quiero apenas saber que intente todo lo que quise, tuve todo lo que pude, ame lo que valia la pena y perd apenas lo que nunca fue mo", a verse by her favorite poet Pablo Neruda.
