Betty Ackerman a longtime resident of Yonkers passed away on June 25, 2020 at Phelps Memorial Hospital. She was 91 years old. Betty was born in New York City to the late Joseph and Mary Livecchi, she lived in the Bronx, Yonkers and most recently in Dobbs Ferry with her daughter and son-in-law. She is survived by her daughter Rea Ackerman, son in law Dennis Di Vincenzo and grandsons Matt and Chris Di Vincenzo. Friends may gather Tuesday, June 30th at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry, NY from 11AM to 12:30 PM where a religious service will follow. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
