Linda Marie (Hutchinson) McCormick, 56, of North Manchester, Indiana, died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born May 22, 1966, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Royce L. and Barbara (Martin) Hutchinson. She was a graduate of Harding High School in Fort Wayne. Mrs. McCormick was a claims analyst for Lutheran Billing Operations Center in Fort Wayne. She previously worked at Diagnostic Imaging in Fort Wayne. Linda loved talking to friends, music, playing games, and was a great bargain shopper. Surviving are her husband, Gerald L. “Gary” McCormick of North Manchester; two sons, Ryan Kruger of Ft. Myers, Florida, and Dennon (Kyla) McCormick of Ashley; a daughter, Alisha (Marvin) LaPrad of Fort Wayne; three granddaughters, Claire, Adelaide “Addy” , and Luna; two grandsons, Marvin, Jr. “Vin” and Deidara “Buddy”; a brother, Royce S. (Christina) Hutchinson of Holland, Ohio; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Roxanne McCormick of Ocala, Florida; uncle, David (Joni) Hutchinson of Sylvania, Ohio; two aunts, Laurie (Lon) Cooper of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Patricia (Phil) Kerns of Williamsburg, Virginia; brother-in-law, Mike (Robin) McCormick of Albion; four sisters-in-law, Michele Thrash of Shubert, Nebraska, Carmyn (Dwight) Huff of Auburn, Amber McCormick of Clermont, Florida, and Ashlee (Chris) Rodriguez of West Unity, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother-in-law, Brad McCormick. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
