Mary (Cullen) Boyle, a.k.a. “Nana”, 87, passed away July 25, 2022 at her home in Epping, NH. She was born April 10, 1935, in Winchester, MA, daughter of the late Edward Charles Cullen and Avis (Rooney) Cullen.<br> Mary grew up in and was a longtime resident of Winchester, MA. She was one of three children in her family. Mary graduated from Winchester High School in 1953. She was a member of the Winchester/Woburn Immaculate Conception Church Champion Color Guard., Mary was a member of the Girl Scouts of America who biked across Europe one summer.<br>Mary graduated with her teaching degree from Cardinal Cushing College of the Diocese of Boston and earned her master’s degree from Boston State. Mary was a longtime elementary school teacher in Reading Public Schools MA and retired from Birch Meadow School in Reading, MA. After her retirement, Mary moved in with her daughter and son-in-law in Epping, NH. Mary’s love of teaching lead her to Epping Elementary School where she quickly became a well-loved substitute and volunteer.<br> Throughout her life, Mary was an avid downhill skier as she travelled around the country skiing with lifelong childhood friend Joan Halpin. She was a member of the Prime-Time Ski Club and her most frequented ski area was Sunday River. Mary enjoyed spending many summers at her cousin’s camp in Center Lovell ME where her family continues to spend time year-round. She was a member of the Epping Seniors and St. Joseph Church in Epping.<br> Mary is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles “Charlie” E. and Patricia Boyle of Stow, MA., daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Paul Arsenault of Epping, NH., 5 grandchildren; Marissa (Arsenault)Nicol and husband, Seth of Epping, NH., Samantha(Arsenault) Parsons and husband, Phillip of Strafford, NH., Bridget Boyle of Worcester, MA., Nicholas Arsenault and partner Elisha Borden of Keene, NH., and Brian Boyle of Stow, MA., along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.<br> Mary was predeceased by her daughter, Mary Katheryn (Boyle) Duran, and brothers, Edward Cullen and Peter Cullen.<p>SERVICES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED AND ARE RESCHEDULED AS FOLLOWS:</p> Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 1:00-3:00 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St., Epping, NH.<br> In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the food pantry at the Epping Community Church. <br> EECI<br> PO Box 313<br> Epping, NH 03042<br> Email:eppingcc1@outlook.com<br><br> For more information, please visit www.brewittfuneralhome.com<br>

Mary (Cullen) Boyle, a.k.a. “Nana”, 87, passed away July 25, 2022 at her home in Epping, NH. She was born April 10, 1935, in Winchester, MA, daughter of the late Edward Charles Cullen and Avis (Rooney) Cullen.
Mary grew up in and was a longtime resident of Winchester, MA. She was one of three children in her family. Mary graduated from Winchester High School in 1953.
