<p>It is with very heavy hearts that we the family of Kendall Marie Marshall, age 28, announce her sudden passing in her home on July 17, 2022. Kendall was born in Sydney, NS, on April 24, 1994, and grew up in Potlotek First Nation. Kendall graduated high school (Richmond Academy) in 2012 and then continued her education and received her Correctional Officer certificate in 2015 from NSCC. She worked for many years as a manager of the ESSO gas station in Potlotek First Nation. Kendall was a devoted mother to her children and made sure all their wants and needs were met. Kendall enjoyed the outdoors, watching and playing basketball and softball with family and friends. </p><p><br></p><p>Kendall is survived by her sons: Edwin Morales Marshall (Potlotek), Jeremy Marshall Murray (Potlotek); beautiful daughter, Emilia Marshall Murray (Potlotek); parents Carmen Marshall and Christian Marshall both of Potlotek; sisters Jasmin Mellen (Blaze), Leann Mellen (John), Tara Mellen, Valerie Marshall, Kristine Marshall all of Potlotek; brother Christian Marshall Jr.; maternal grandparents Lillian Marshall (Potlotek) and Edwin Morales (Boston); paternal grandmother Valerie Bowers (Halifax); great grandparents Cecelia Marshall and Valerian Marshall both of Potlotek, Mina Morales (Boston); godfather Winston Marshall (Potlotek); niece Arianna Basque (Potlotek), nephew Beckham Basque (Potlotek); sisters at heart Mariah Levesque (Potlotek), Melanie Mellen (Membertou) and many aunts, uncles and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>Kendall is predeceased by her beautiful first-born daughter Emiera Marshall Murray (Potlotek); grandfather Gerald Pardy (Newfoundland); uncle Edwin Morales (Potlotek); godmother Donna Mellen. </p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held at the home of her mother Carmen Marshall, 42 New Subdivision Rd, Chapel Island after 4 pm on July 26, 2022, up until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial that will take place in the Immaculate Conception Church in Barrahead on July 28, 2022, at 2 30 pm with Father Duncan MacIsaac officiating. Burial will take place in the Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetary in Barrahead. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home. </p><p><br></p>
