In Lovely Memory of Frank Michael Russell. Born June 9, 1943 Passed Away 7-15-2022 at age 79. Frank (Mike) is preceded in death by his parents Roy T. Russell and Mary E. Russell and Brothers Roy(Bubby) Bill (Billy) and sister Nancy (Sissy) Borsin Also leaves behind his beloved wife Rose Marie(Ryan) Russell of 53 and half years of marriage. Their Daughter Patricia (Patti) and son-in-law Leland Snyder. and their son Jeffrey Michael Snyder and wife to be Reyna Armendarez and their son Noeh Michael born July 17, 2022 who is Frank’s First great grandchild. He was so happy to become great grandpa. Also his fury daughter Ally who he loved dearly especially giving her treats. He also leaves behind his ex-wife Susan (Baker) Hopkins and their daughter Sandra and Husband Tim O’Hearn and children Chris, Missy and Will. Also many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children and sister-in-laws. He attended St. Benedicts (Seattle) for grade school. High School Blanchet where he graduated from in 1961 and got a Bachelors degree from U of W in Business A./accounting Frank was a Marine with the 3rd Marines Division .He served in the Viet Nam War(65-67). He was a two time purple heart recipient and other medals from that war. He was 100% disabled from that war. He also was past commander of all Navy Ship VFW in Seattle (1971) He also belong to DAV and Eagles in Belfair, WA. Retired in 2000 from the Air Force Audit Agency as a Civilian with them from MC Chord AF Base. That’s when we retired to our property on Hood Canal, Tahuya , WA. that’s where he left us watching his birds and Marine Corp Flag High for Him from His bed out in DR area, also look at water and ou beautiful view we have. In past enjoyed boating, fishing, crabbing, digging clams, campfires, cruising 1-2 times a yr. His last was 2019(Far East) and mainly the last two Years His favorite Mexican Restaurant in Belfair.
