Elaine Hannahs MacDougall, 90, passed from this earth on July 16 in Annapolis, MD, 18 months after her beloved husband of 66 years, Malcolm. Elaine and Malcolm lived and raised their family of three sons in Catonsville, MD. She is mourned in death but celebrated in life by their sons Mark (Jeanne), Robert (Anne), and James (Elizabeth), six grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
