<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nancy F. (Sparklin) Marra, 79, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 8, 2022 with her daughter by her side. Born in Upland, Pennsylvania on November 28, 1942, she was the daughter of the late William and Natalie (Eubank) Sparklin.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nancy was a graduate of Eddystone High School and earned her Associate’s Degree from Widener University. She was employed as the comptroller with Capano Management and retired after many years of dedicated service. </strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nancy was a very sociable person who enjoyed putting a smile on everyone’s faces. She was active in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Delaware, where she enjoyed taking many classes, served as head of the social committee and a greeter at the front desk. She also served on the Eddystone High School Reunion Committee and volunteered with Stockings for Soldiers.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>A passionate gardener, Nancy loved the beauty of flowers and took great pride in cultivating them. She enjoyed collecting sea shells on the beach and was an avid reader. She also enjoyed cooking and baking, having created many delicious items for her family and friends. Above all, Nancy was a loving mother and devoted grandmother.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert W. Marra; her brothers, James, William and Robert Sparklin.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nancy will be dearly missed by her children, Robert Marra and Lisa Marra; her grandchildren, Logan Marra, Cameron and Mason McKenna; her sisters, Mary Dziobczynski and Diane Lees; and her niece, Natalie Dziobczynski. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Nancy and Bert Sparklin, along with several nieces and nephews.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>At Nancy’s request, funeral services and interment will be held privately for her family and close friends.
