Ms. Elaine Anne (Babin) Bentz, age 90, of Saugus, died on Friday July 8th at her home surrounded by family. She was the former wife of the late James E. Bentz Sr. Born in Everett and a resident of Saugus for over 60 years, she was the daughter of the late Simon and M. Nellie (Bourque) Babin. Elaine was a retired executive secretary from the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. Ms. Bentz is survived by her six children, John Bentz of Saugus, Gary Bentz of Wakefield, Greg Bentz of Saugus, Karen Emery of NH, Brenda Bentz-Ricard of NH and James E. Bentz Jr. of Saugus; eight grandchildren, Caroline, Andrea, Nicole, Tara, Christine, Robert, Kathleen and Dominic; two great grandchildren Jairus and Bradley. She was predeceased by her siblings Donald Babin, Eugene Babin, William Babin and Shirley DiBattista.
