Stanley Cutler Obituary

Stanley passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander at the age of 74 July 7th, 2022. He was surrounded by his love ones.

He was born to Jacob and Rita Cutler of Indian Bay on October 18th 1947.

In 1975 he met the love of his life Susie. When they met he had a daughter Sonya and Susie had 2 sons Raymond and Henry. They both joined together as a family and then a few years later they had one daughter Tracy between them.

Stanley was a very hard worker, he spent alot of long hours away from his family working to support them. He was a blaster and a driller. He was rank one of the best drillers on the Island. He loved playing darts with his friends over the years. He loved going on quad rides with his wife and friends. He also loved going to his cabin and his camper. He loved all his grandchildren but Stanley and William was his life. He loved both his sons Raymond and Henry and both his daughters Sonya and Tracy, but he had a very special bond with Tracy. He always called her his jack of all trades, because if he needed anything done he would call on Tracy to do it.

In July of 2018 his life changed, he had a stroke. For 4 years his daughter Tracy took care of her Dad. Even though he had 2 home care workers Sherry and Stephanie, he depended on Tracy for everything. Their bond grew stronger as each day went by.
After he took a different turn in life 2 years ago. He took a hobby on as feeding the birds outside his living room window. As he would say this is all I can do now his watch the birds and feed them. He really loved the different birds and it put peace in his heart.
His bond with his wife grew stronger and loveable as he depended on her for things he couldn't do anymore. Susie was everything to him, his wife, his world, his everything and the love of his life.
He truly loved and worried alot over all his family. He was blessed with one brother Cabel who he honestly loved. His 'baby brother' he would call him to us.
