John Dennis was born May 8,1952 in Chester, PA to the late Catherine and James Dennis. He passed on June 24, 2022. John was educated in the Chester Upland School District. John started working at the early age of twelve to help his family, and he retired as a iron welder from Broomall Iron Shop.

John accepted Jesus Christ into his life, was baptized, and joined the fellowship of the Temple of Brotherly Love C.C. Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Calvin Williams. John was united in holy matrimony to Kimberlee M. Dennis for five years. They were together a total of twenty five years.

John often loved to travel to A.C with his wife although traveling down South Carolina to see his family whom he loved dearly was always where his heart was. John loved fishing and dancing and eating his wife’s cooking. John was known for smelling good, having a nice hat, and a sharp watch on. John loved to often joke and say “Don’t let me get my strap” (his belt). John's heart was always for his family.

He Leaves to Cherish his memory with his wife Kimberlee Dennis, Four Daughters Delise Mumford,Tracey Mumford, Latanya Cooper, son in-law Shannon Cooper, Aisha Boyd, son-in-law Devon Boyd. Two Step Daughters;Tisha Smith and Stephenie Smith, One Step Son; Daniel Barker, Brothers; Melvin Dennis, Mathew Dennis, Calvin Miller, Twenty-eight Grand Children, Twenty-two Great Grand Children, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

John was preceded in death by his Mother, Father and Brothers James Dennis Jr, Hazel Warren Dennis, Charles Dennis, and David Dennis.
