Pamela Jo Johnson Browning

Pamela Jo Johnson Browning, 71 years of age of Keen Mountain, VA, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born on February 8, 1951 in Richlands, VA, she was the daughter of the late Bert and Joann Altizer Johnson. Pamela was of the Methodist faith. She was a former substitute teacher at Garden High School for many years and the owner and operator of Unique Boutique. She enjoyed reading, going to the beach, loved animals and had rescued several throughout the years. She was a loving wife, mother and sister. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Alan Scott Browning of Keen Mountain, VA; one son Bert Patrick Browning of Knoxville, TN; brother Mark (Teresa) Johnson of Keen Mountain, VA; niece Morgan Page (Matt) Chambers of Grundy, VA and a host of friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Keen Mountain, VA on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm with Minister Ray Amos officiating.
