Judy Herndon Boswell

Judy Herndon Boswell, 72, of Chatham, VA departed this life unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. She was born April 6, 1950, to the late Shirley T. Herndon and the late Mildred Jones Herndon. Judy was married to Kenneth W. Boswell for 50 years. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Leon Herndon. Judy was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. She retired from Ennis, Inc. after 37 years of faithful service. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Parsons (David); grandchildren, Claire Parsons, and Madelyn Parsons; and sister, Joan Pittmon. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Norris Funeral Services, Chatham Chapel, 147 S. Main St., Chatham, VA with Pastor Jason Andrews officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to, Zion United Methodist Church, in care of treasurer, 23256 US Hwy 29, Gretna, VA 24557. Norris Funeral Service, Chatham Chapel is assisting the family.
