With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Eileen Payette of Rockland, Ontario (formerly of Campbells’ Bay, Quebec) on June 23, 2022 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Denzel Payette. Loving mother of the late Doreen Sullivan (Mike), Thomas (Louise) both of Rockland, ON; Randy of Barrhaven, ON; Colleen of Gatineau QC. Cherished Granny of the late Robyn Sullivan, Corey Sullivan, Jade, Nicole and Francesca Payette. She was very proud of her grandchildren. She was an avid reader. “In books I have traveled, not only to other worlds, but into my own.” She was loved by everyone she met. Thank you to the staff at Pinecrest Nursing Home and HGH for their care and compassion.
