Ian Charles Daniel Woodstock, Ontario Obituary

Ian Charles Daniel

DANIEL, Ian Charles – Of London, ON. Passed suddenly near Straffordville on Tuesday June 21, 2022, in a motorcycle accident (doing what he loved most) in his 43rd year. Beloved best friend and longtime boyfriend of Jess Stewart, her mother Laurie (Ron) Dunn, and her sister Krista (Lyle) Flaman. Cherished son of Sharon and the late Joe Daniel of Ingersoll. Dear brother of Grace (Bryan) Hopson, Ben (Tina) Daniel, Glen Daniel, and is survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Very dear friend of Dave and Kim Green and will be sadly missed by his furry friend Bernie. There are not enough words to describe how incredible Ian was and once someone met him, they could never forget him. He was a free spirit who loved any adventure that involved 2 wheels, or 4 (and the older the better), could make anyone laugh and would help out anyone in his life anyway he could. He was incredibly generous and was more concerned with making others happy over himself. To say he was one of a kind is an understatement. Cremation has taken place. A private gathering will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to the Aylmer Optimist Club Toy Drive would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Expressions of sympathy may be given at www.brockandvisser.com
