Barbara J. Scalf, 84, of Panama City, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Scalf; father, Nelson Russell; mother, Hattie Mae Russell; and brother, Jerry Russell. Left to treasure her memory is her son, Rev. Jeff Scalf (Shawn); grandchildren, Breanna Scalf and Josiah Scalf; sister, Pat Lipps (Johnny); brother, Steve Russell; sister-in-law, Mary Godsey; nieces, Stefanie Buckner (Alan), Barbara Cook and Becky Mann; and nephews, John Lipps, Mike Godsey and Tony Godsey. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Assembly of God, with Rev. Jeff Scalf and Rev. Bobby Thompson officiating.
