<p>Josephine King Bralley, 91, of Roanoke went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 20, 2022 after a short trial with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Bralley; parents, Hazel and Kahle King, Sr; son-in-law, Bill Mullins; sister, Mary Helen and husband Curtis Epperly; and brothers, Harold L. King, Donald Ray King, and K.W. King, Jr.</p><p><br></p><p>Jo worked as a Registered Nurse for many years. She enjoyed serving people, playing outside in the yard, and fighting with her two computers. She had an avid affinity for cats, especially her grandcats, Goose and Max.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Mullins of Salem, VA; grandson, William Mullins and wife Jennifer of Louisville, KY; great grandchildren, Davis Mullins and Maggie Josephine Mullins (due in August) also of Louisville, KY; sister, Anne Clark of Clarksville, TN; brother, Charles King and wife Betty Ann of Lake Wylie, SC; sisters-in-law, Ann King of Crockett, VA and Doris Jane King of Charlotte, NC; and many nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>We will be celebrating her life in a Chapel Service on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11am at Simpson Funeral Home (Peters Creek) with Pastor Charlie Evans officiating. The family will receive friends and family one hour prior. A Graveside Committal will follow at 2pm at King’s Grove UMC Cemetery, Crockett, VA 24323.</p>
