Mary Lou "Granny" Long, at age 94 was called home peacefully to be with the Lord on Monday, June 20th. Beloved wife of the late Bill Long. Loving mother of Linda (John) Williams and Patti (Michael) Veroni. Cherished grandmother of JP (Cassie) Williams, Emily (Rich) Brandenburg, Justin (Kami) Williams, Steven (Samantha) McConnaughey, Dan McConnaughey, Emme Jeffries and Caitlyn Costa. Great grandmother of Asher, Reid, Rhett, Kayli, Kaisyn, Brody, Riley, Bryce, Graham, Brooklyn, Aislyn, Lola, Hayden, Anabella, Gio, Rose and Lily. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends. Granny loved her family, friends, and shopping! She was an avid card player, dog lover and Cincinnati sports enthusiast. She loved spending half a year as a snowbird on the Florida Gulf for over 30 years. She enjoyed traveling and cruising with friends. She was a 1946 graduate from Little Miami High School and was the oldest member of the Pleasant Plain Presbyterian Church. She was a retiree from the Pleasant Plain Post Office. Family and friends will be received Tuesday, June 28th, from 10-11 AM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will follow at 11 AM. Interment Goshen Cemetery.
