Roger Dale Browning
<p>Roger Dale Browning, 70, of Harts, WV, departed this life on June 20, 2022, at his residence.</p> <p>He was born August 28, 1951 in West Hamlin, WV, the son of the late Ercil & Jane Browning.</p> <p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Ellen (Collier) Browning, his grandparents, Miles & Winnie Browning and Gracie & Ercil Workman and his good friend, Mitch Adams.</p> <p>Roger loved spending time with his grandchildren, wood working and telling tales.</p> <p>Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Christina Browning and Lora Browning both of Harts; one son, Paul (Felicia) Browning of Verdunville; two grandchildren, Urijah and Zayden; three sisters, Shelia Tomblin of Milton, Lehoma (Kem) Abraham of Chapmanville and Delana (David) White of Alabama; two brothers, Benny (Judy) Browning of Barboursville and Eugene (Sherrie) Browning of Harts; his best friend, Larry Colwell; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.</p> <p>Visitation will be on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Freeman Funeral Home.</p> <p>Services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the funeral home with Larry Colwell officiating. Burial will follow at the Browning Cemetery, Harts, WV.</p> <p>Pallbearers will be family and friends.</p> <p>Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.</p>August 28, 1951 - June 20, 202208/28/195106/20/2022
