William Cecil Neal<br><br>It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father.<br>June 13, 2022 in his 92nd year.<br>Teacher / Principal in Niagara Region for over 30 years<br>Predeceased by his wife Dorothy Joan Neal.<br>Married for 64 years.<br>Loving father to Brenda(Peter), Scott(Gabrielle) and Glenn<br><br>Grandpa to Jamison (Megan) and Kyle.<br>Great Grandpa to Bastian and Emerich<br>Great Uncle to Sean, Cameron and Jack of Brooklyn, On.<br>Also Many nephews and nieces across Canada.<br>Survived by his sister Marg Neal and sister in-law Shirley Nickson and son Don (Michelle)<br><br>In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.<br><br>Memorial service will take place at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes (3277 King St., Vineland) on Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 at 2:00pm.
