Ms. Rosa Ida Mae Timmons better known as “Sang”, 73 of Trenton departed this life on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. She was born and educated in Marion, South Carolina. She later moved to Trenton, New Jersey. She was a dedicated employee of Hamilton School District for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Timmons; parents, Joseph and Ida Avant; brother, Joe Lee Avant, Jr.; sister, Mosa Moody; 5 aunts; a grandson, Bayshawn Timmons, and a life companion, William Reid. She leaves to cherish in fond memories, two sons, Randy Timmons (Atiya Roberts) and Eric Timmons, both of Trenton New Jersey; two brothers, Mack Avant (Debra) and Willie Mack Avant, both of Marion, South Carolina; grandchildren, Kayla Timmons, Durrell Timmons of North Carolina, Timere and Timothy Ingram, Jashire Race, Randy Tootle, Brittanie Edwards, Quashawn Sherman, Andre and Akem Simmons and Montee Saunders; one great granddaughter, Sa’Niyah Edwards; a special aunt, Jessie Mae Rowell (Sam); a sister-in-law, Linda Avant; a brother-in-law, Woodrow Moody, Jr.; two special daughters-in-law, Lisa Edwards and Kellie Drayton; one special sister-in-law, Barbara Reed, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
