Mr Rance C. Spruill was more than my boss. He was a mentor, like a big brother, uncle, a friend.

I am deeply saddened to hear this. I loved Rance and have many videos of AYOS. I went to AYOS and when I became pregnant at 14 he was not judgemental but was there to support me and my baby. Rance created a supportive environment for Black Children in the 1970s who were ... Continue Reading
