Shawn Lloyd Ralph

It is with heavy hearts and great shock we announce the sudden passing of Shawn at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton on Saturday June 11, 2022, age 41 years. Shawn resided in Fort McMurray.

Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Doris Ralph, sister Elizabeth, and grandparents Lawrence and Meta Ralph; and Ronald and Elizabeth Brown.

Left with loving memories are his sister Kim (Lindsay), niece Kayla (Michael), great nieces Lily and Cora, aunts Clara, Angela (Richard), cousins Pam (Ross); Tom (Luanne), Kaitlyn and Joshua; Sarah (Dave); Alexa (Neil), Theodore; and many more extended family and friends.

Shawn also leaves behind his second family in Alberta - a large circle of friends residing in Fort McMurray and Edmonton that he cared for deeply.

He was a lover of the outdoors from the Atlantic salt water to the sunsets at the lake. Shawn was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. His sense of humour and compassion toward others will be remembered with fondness.

Cremation has taken place.

Visitation will be held at Oram’s Funeral Home Eastport on Friday July 8, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

Service will be held on Saturday July 9, 2022 at 2 pm at Church of the Resurrection, Sandringham.
