<p><br /> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Porfirio &ldquo;Pilo&rdquo; Flores passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 48. He was a loving father, husband, brother, and friend.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> He was preceded in death by his parents, Vicente Loredo Flores and Gloria Blanco Flores.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;Porfirio was born in McAllen, Texas on April 13, 1973. He was raised in Alamo, Texas where he attended school. It was in Alamo alongside his father, uncle, and cousins where he learned to work and drive big rigs. He later moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, where he met his adoring wife, and they started their life together. He lived his life working hard, turning wrenches, spending time with his son, and making everyone around him laugh.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Left behind to cherish Porfirio&rsquo;s memories are his beloved wife, Romula Mona Silvas Flores; his children, Vicente Flores, Brianna Flores, Samuel Flores, and Marcus Flores; his sister, Debra (Sonny) Muniz; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @Port Ave; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude in the chapel that same evening.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.</span></span><br /> &nbsp;</p>

Porfirio “Pilo” Flores passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 48. He was a loving father, husband, brother, and friend.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vicente Loredo Flores and Gloria Blanco Flores.
 
 Porfirio was born in McAllen, Texas on April 13, 1973. He was raised in Alamo, Texas where he attended school. It was in Alamo alongside his father, uncle, and cousins where he learned to work and drive big rigs. He later moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, where he met his adoring wife, and they started their life together. He lived his life working hard, turning wrenches, spending time with his son, and making everyone around him laugh.
 
Left behind to cherish Porfirio’s memories are his beloved wife, Romula Mona Silvas Flores; his children, Vicente Flores, Brianna Flores, Samuel Flores, and Marcus Flores; his sister, Debra (Sonny) Muniz; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
