Daniel M. Pereira, 48, of Mattapoisett passed away Friday, May 27, 2022 at home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. He was born in New Bedford to Manuel and Maria (Castelo) Pereira. He was a self-employed plumber for many years who loved sports, especially the Miami Dolphins and Sporting. Survivors include his parents, son, Tyler Carballo Pereira, brother, David Pereira, sister, Alda Coelho, and the love of his life, Victoria (Carballo) Pereira. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 3rd, at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in New Bedford at 10:30AM with burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8am-10am on June 3rd at Boulevard Funeral Home, 223 Ashley Boulevard, New Bedford.
