Springfield - Rafael Santiago-DeLeon, 74, departed this life on Monday, May 23rd, 2022. Rafael was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, on September 4th, 1947, to his parents Miguel Santiago and Cruz De Leon. Rafael was predeceased by his parents and his Two Brothers: Felix Rafael Santiago and Agapito Santiago-DeLeon.

Rafael was loved by his family and he leaves to cherish his memories Two Sons: Rafael Santiago-Gomez and Jose Miguel Santiago, Four Daughters: Carmen Milagros Santiago, Grisell Santiago, Aracelis Santiago and Wanda I. Santiago, his Brother: Roberto Santiago, Two Sisters: Luz M. Santiago and Filomena Santiago, Fourteen Grandchildren: Felix Jonathan, Maria De Lourdes, David Miguel, Nathalie, Bian, Giada, Carleris, Liriam, David, Marjorie, Adxiel, Nahaliel, Valery and Javier Rafael, Three Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
