<p>FIELDS,</p><p>Nathan “Stanley”, 74, of Louisville, passed away Sunday May 22, 2022, at Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center.</p><p><br></p><p>He was born in Fulton, KY to the late Willie L. and Mary E. Fields. Stanley worked for Ernst &amp; Ernst, Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Commonwealth of Virginia as the Director of Reimbursement . The Department of the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid. He was a member of Woodhaven Country Club where he loved to play golf.</p><p>He is survived by his wife Linda Smith Fields; son, Scott Fields; daughter, Amy Rawson (Jeffrey); brother, Kenneth L. Fields (Andrea); grandchildren, Austin Fields, Jessaca Rawson, Luke Fields, Mariah Rawson, and Max Fields.</p><p><br></p><p>The service will be at noon, Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Chapels in Woods, 1407 Moser Rd. Visitation will be at Chapel in the Woods from 11am until service time.</p><p><br></p><p>Expressions of sympathy may be made to Amazing Orphans International, P.O. Box 373 Hillview, KY 40129. In the comment section of the check please put Innocent for Zimbabwe House.</p><p>Highlands Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.</p>
