David Morales, Jr., Age 55 of Providence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 19, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Inez for 28 years. David was born in Lakewood, NJ, he was a son of David Morales Cruz and Juana Flores Orellana. He was the loving father of Jacquelyn, David Anthony, Benjamin, Joshua, and Neftali; caring brother of Judith Morales, Maria Elena Fuentes, Maria Ester Morales, Efrain Morales, Victor Rivera, and the late Adriel Morales. David is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. David began his career as a cabinet maker, then a kitchen designer. He later established an independent accounting consulting business, where he worked as a self-employed accountant for many years. David helped many families in Puerto Rico during the historic Hurricane Maria. He was also very special to his network of cancer warriors, as he would often connect fighters across the country with one another for support. David loved wrestling, football, kayaking, snorkeling and camping; but most of all, he loved time spent with his family. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 4pm-8pm, and Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 4pm-7pm. Memorial contribution box will be present during funeral.
